Impact Communications was engaged to manage PR duties for the groundbreaking ceremony of Avisena Specialist Hospital’s expansion in June 2024. The ceremony highlighted the hospital’s growth while coinciding with the Minister of Health’s remarks on upcoming healthcare financing reforms.

Our deliverables covered media list development, drafting and dissemination of press releases and invites, translation, media RSVP updates, on-ground media liaison, and monitoring. Both earned and paid engagements were secured, including coverage from top-tier publications such as The Star, New Straits Times, Berita Harian, and Astro Awani.

The event attracted 24 media representatives from 15 titles, spanning dailies, online portals, and broadcast outlets. Overall, we secured 28 earned coverages and 20 paid coverages, with a total PR Value of RM943,730, excluding paid media.
