Cow Play Cow Moo

In early 2024, Impact Communications was appointed to manage the PR and event support for the entry of Cow Play Cow Moo, Singapore’s largest arcade chain, into Malaysia. The soft launch was held from 26 February to 1 March 2024 at Lot 10, Bukit Bintang, followed by the official launch on 8 March 2024.

Our responsibilities spanned media and influencer list development, drafting and disseminating bilingual press releases and invites, influencer guideline preparation, RSVP coordination, event-day media liaison, and comprehensive coverage monitoring. The campaign also included influencer engagement across lifestyle, family, and tech categories to drive excitement through social media storytelling.

The soft launch attracted 14 media and influencer groups (46 pax), while the official launch welcomed nine media and blogger outlets (16 pax). Coverage included leading lifestyle and tech titles such as Free Malaysia Today, Oriental Daily, Hype, and Says Seismik. In total, the launches generated 59 pieces of coverage, 9 online articles and 50 social media posts, delivering a PR Value of RM694,500.
