Enfagrow A+ Holistic Brain Expo
Educating Parents on Future-Ready Kids Through 360° PR

The year 2023 marked a milestone campaign for Enfagrow A+ with the Holistic Brain Expo at Sunway Pyramid, a first-of-its-kind educational expo to promote the balance of IQ and EQ in children. The entire expo concept was ideated and developed by Impact Communications, positioning the event as both engaging and educational for parents and children.

Our role extended far beyond standard event publicity. We developed key messages and PR strategy, facilitated two high-profile media interviews with medical and academic experts, and secured three media collaborations that achieved 2.4 million reach without ad/sponsorship spend. To drive ground-level engagement, we tapped into parenting and community Facebook groups, amplifying awareness among parents in the Klang Valley.

On-site, Impact conceptualised and executed unique touchpoints such as the Kindergarten Tour Programme with 13 schools (bringing 399 participants despite MOE restrictions due to heatwave), and the Little Brainy Genius talk-show inspired by Steve Harvey’s Little Big Shots. This session, featuring three exceptional Malaysian children, brought the IQ-EQ balance to life in a memorable and relatable way, leaving a strong impression on parents and media alike.

The launch attracted 21 media from 16 outlets, resulting in 26 pieces of coverage across print, digital, and social platforms. Overall, the campaign generated a PR value of RM1.07 million, a reach of 42.4 million, and an ROI 13.3 times higher than the initial investment.

Through creativity, agility, and integrated execution, Impact transformed its own idea, the Holistic Brain Expo into a benchmark event in educational engagement, positioning Enfagrow A+ as a thought leader in child development.
