In October 2023, Impact Communications provided PR support for the launch of the Twin Towers Mobile Clinic, organised by Twin Towers Medical Centre at Prince Court Medical Centre. The initiative highlighted the centre’s commitment to expanding access to healthcare through mobile services.

Our scope of work included media list development, drafting and disseminating press releases and invites (with translations), preparing speeches and key talking points, coordinating RSVPs, and managing on-ground media engagement. We also facilitated inquiries, ensured the Minister of Health’s timely participation, and monitored media coverage across all platforms.

The launch attracted 24 media representatives from 10 outlets, spanning dailies, online portals, and broadcast channels. Coverage highlights included The Star, New Straits Times, Sin Chew Daily, Utusan Malaysia, Bernama TV, Code Blue, and Lumi News. Overall, the campaign secured 47 pieces of coverage across online, print, social media, and broadcast, generating over RM1.4 million in PR Value.
