DHL Express Malaysia

Since 2022, Impact Communications has been engaged by DHL Express Malaysia on a project basis to support a series of corporate announcements and infrastructure milestones. While not a retainer engagement, the continued appointments over the years reflect the client’s confidence in our ability to deliver consistent media relations execution and dependable outcomes.

Impact first supported publicity efforts for major infrastructure developments such as the Prai Service Centre opening, followed by the electric delivery vehicles media launch and the Johor Bahru Gateway announcement. These projects involved end-to-end media relations execution, including media invite development and dissemination, multilingual press release coordination, media RSVP management, on-ground media liaison, coordinating spokesperson interview opportunities and post event coverage monitoring.

As the partnership progressed, Impact continued to provide media engagement support for significant announcements, including the Kuala Lumpur Gateway opening ceremony, the DHL Strategy 2030 media briefing and the DHL GoTrade Summit. Through multiple project collaborations across different years and communication objectives, the team has developed strong familiarity with DHL’s announcement timelines and media engagement requirements, enabling efficient mobilisation and consistent delivery across milestone-driven campaigns.

Across multiple project engagements since 2022, Impact has consistently delivered measurable nationwide media visibility for DHL Express Malaysia’s infrastructure expansions, sustainability initiatives and leadership platforms.
